Why can’t we all get along?

I wish we could talk about race openly so we can learn from each other.

Keep the conversation going - comment and discuss with your thoughts

Great card, to the point… We must first, stop the finger pointing and name calling just because we do not think exactly alike, start a conversation with thoughts that bring us together.
If we all pushed our political “leaders” towards solving poverty in America, then maybe the racial differences would resolve themselves. If we all had some “green”, the other colors would seem less important!

I second your wish Metris, let the learning begin!

Okay, I’d like to first start out by saying I love all people who are good people. I don’t like trash from any race. I think all people should be accountable for their actions, regardless of race.

I am white. I don’t see why anyone should be PROUD of what color they are, or who they descended from. It’s like saying, “I’m proud my mom and dad fooled around so they can create me”. It makes no sense at all.

White Pride, Black Pride, Brown Pride….it’s all ridiculous. Pride is actually a bad thing. Maybe we can start there.

I felt like speaking my mind and creating a stepping stone instead of just agreeing with you and not providing any examples about how we can begin to learn from each other when talking about race. I hope that helped.

    Bless you

To begin with all must be on equal footing and this means Affirmative Action must go along with social welfare and privilege.
