except that because of Afirmative Action most people will think that you got the job to meet a quota. That is that sad reality of it and why after making sure there were laws in place to punish those who discriminate it needed to go.
Actually, affirmative action is a great law that is greatly misunderstood. Essentially, it states that, all things being equal among candidates, the job should go to a member of an underrepresented class of people to establish some balance.
By the way, kudos for your interviewing skills. I can certainly say that I’ve lost a few jobs for poor interviews.
