CASE IN POINT IS HERE IN NORTH CAROLINA WITH THE REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR AND REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED LEGISLATURE ENACTING NUMEROUS LAWS THAT IS GOING TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO VOTE.
