My whiteness gets in the way.

Julianna,

I have wished I was biracial everyday so I could better help with the issues. How can I help now?

    Hello Julianna,

You can help by starting with the people in your community, your friends and your family. Sometimes we think that we have no power to help the situation but we do. In order to change people who are like us, we have to be the ones reaching out to them and trying to change their mindsets. I have people in my family who think negatively about race. I have to be the one to reach out to them and change their mindsets. They are not going to listen to someone they don’t know or trust. We have to be the ones who break down those barriers to help them think positively about race and doing things in the community that can help progress our society. My word of advice will be to start with people closest to you, and when you are able to get through to those people, expand the mission and form or join organizations that are cater to change the wellbeing of all people. I hope this helps 🙂

You think because you are white you are at fault for something? You didn’t choose to be born that way. It’s just a trait, like hair color or eye color. It has nothing to do with racism. You’re apologizing for your race, maybe because you have heard racist voices against white people who blamed them for their problems.

You should be proud of everything white people have accomplished throughout history. Next, you should stop trying so hard to please people who wouldn’t sspit on you if you were on fire. You swallowed the leftist propaganda hook, line, and sinker.
