My disorder does not define me
Kenny,
My disorder constantly affects my ability to maintain my emotions and relationships. However, my current support system understands my struggles and offer to help me everyday. I love them dearly.

Kayla,
It took me a very long time to learn that just because you failed doesn’t mean that you’re a Bad kid, it means you have an opportunity to learn from it and succeed
Lizzie,
My anxiety affects almost everything that I do I’m working on not letting it control me.
Anonymous,
There was no one there to help me get out of the hole I was in, so I dug myself out of it. You don’t need to wait for someone to come rescue you while you’re dying. Get up and do something about the situation you’re in, even if you fail, get up and try again.
Anonymous,
I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, and general burnout. Over the course of the past few years it has affected me in ways I can’t even begin to describe. Many people understand the struggle, but those who don’t love to criticize the things they haven’t experienced. I have been working towards loving myself again.
Krish,
You don’t have to have a perfect mental state all the time. It’s alright to be off for a while. What matters is that you try to get better. While it’s okay to not be okay, don’t let being not okay define you either. You got this.
Maja,
I’ve struggled with my self esteem for a long time and since I met my best friends, I’ve gotten better and now I love myself most days.
