Don’t fear me, I’m like you.

I am multi-racial, but what you see when you look at me is my connection to Africa. But my ancestors came from the British Isles as well as walked tall and proud on their Native American soil. Why cannot I celebrate my rick heritage with pride in your presence? If we compared our roots, we might find that we are related, and then would you welcome me without hesitation? I am ready to be received without reservation, challenged without limits, and promoted without quotas. Neither my speech nor my words betray me; so can you readjust your focus and see me once and for all as the beautiful vibrant woman created to change your world?
