Never Black Enough. Stuck In Between.

Sarah Imhoff,
Ames, IA

I am mixed, Black and White. Growing up I had always felt or been told that I wasn’t enough of either and I just felt stuck. As I have grown up I have started to discover a greater sense of self but there is still always that doubt in the back of my mind. I heard about this project from one of my sociology classes at DMACC (Des Moines Area Community College).
