I am a 29 year old 1st generation 1st year college student at EICC. I have overcame a lot of obstacles in my life and experienced more loss than most people my age. I don’t have very many people in my corner but I know my child and my amazing finance always will be. I have to be strong for her, she is a person with Autism so she needs me for more than an average child needs a parent, and will continue to need me in this capacity for the rest of my life. Life can be messy but it always has a way of working itself out.
