Racism; as American as apple pie

Unfortunately, the apple does not fall far from the tree leading, in many cases, to generations of racists. Racism in any of its myriad, ugly and self crippling forms will always be deeply entrenched and ensnared in the soul of countries and their citizens unless we have the unthinkable, ie, thought control. It’s almost impossible to name a racial group that some other group doesn’t profile and hate. It just seems to be a very natural condition of being human.😥
The constant and incessant fighting for money, sex, and power demands racism as its demagoguery.
Racism will only end when humanity ceases to covet money, sex and power. To me, that means never.
Oh, you’re white, right? No, actually.

Every single time a person meets me, they’ll assume my race is “white.” That’s where you’re wrong. My nationality is American; my ethnicities are Hispanic as well as Icelandic. But no, of course because of the paleness of my skin or the freckles adorning my cheeks, I always get a, “No WAY! You’re not Latina. That’s impossible.” So shoutout to all the people who just think I’m a total white girl because of the way I speak, how I sometimes struggle with my Spanish and am critiqued because I can’t speak their tongue as well as they can, excuse me, and especially because of how my family appears as well.
None of us can define equality

I truly think each person’s definition of equality would vary from one
another in any given circumstance depending on their bias. We all know it means
that everyone should be treated equally but it’s hardly represented. It’s honestly
almost impossible for things to be equal. It goes along with the whole “life’s not fair”
quote, none of us have a fair opinion or attitude toward one another. In a place like
that how in the heck are we supposed to be equal.
