“Black only” programs are racism too.

Why is it okay for “black only” scholarships, pageants, dating sites, etc.? If “white people” were to do that it would be considered racism/prejudice. How is it different? True equality means everyone plays by the same rules. While we’re at it, lets get rid of affirmative action. The best candidate should be the one to get a job; nothing other than qualifications should matter.
