The only reason you have this page is because a teenager with an armful of merchandise was questioned by a policeman. He attacked the officer, was killed when the officer defended himself, and now there are riots, which feeds the racist stereotype that certain people are just plain old uncivilized. Almost everyone in the northern St. Louis suburbs doesn’t want crime or violence but professional agitators like NPR keep it going with garbage like this.
