Am I here because I’m Asian?

We have reached a dilemma in our fight for justice. How can we intentionally battle racism without being racist? We think reconciliation is embracing people because of their race rather than despite of their race. I constantly question whether I have what I have and am where I am because I earned it or because I bring color to their canvas. Color is great, but the thing is, I am not a color.
