Sometimes as a white person I feel that my race lacks culture compared to other cultures. When I continue to reflect on it, I know that we still have culture, but the traditions feel a bit generic. Until recently, instead of defining the white race as one big group, people identified as Irish, Polish, German, and Italian, to name a few (and still do identify as those), but now it feels that the white race is viewed more as this one generic race instead individuals with many different backgrounds
