Diving deeper into the conversation of race in my anthropology class has opened my view on how there is still so much to change in the world today. Yes, we have made leaps and bounds from our past, but I still see unfairness around me. I wish to have complete equality among every race, gender, and age. There have been times in my life where being a woman means I am different. The anger I felt from those experiences, puts myself in other people’s shoes who may be struggling with other diversities.
