I was on a murder trial several years ago. This is serious business and if there is not enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, there will be no conviction. Zimmerman should never have been charged in the first place. He acted within the parameters of Florida law which a clueless and inflammatory media failed to grasp. This only became about race when Zimmerman was found not guilty thanks to a media that thinks black people will believe
anything you tell them. I know two sets of parents who have lost children to murder. This is a grief that hopefully most of us will never have to endure. I believe the Martins were taken advantage of by “civil rights leaders” who are interested only in their self-aggrandizement. It’s time to leave them alone. They have a long road of sorrow and hopefully healing ahead. Let’s put attention and resources on solving the enormous problem of black on black crime, particularly youth. The media doesn’t seem to have much to say about that.
