Why can’t I select 2 races

Belonging means you don’t have to choose where you fit in, but when you have to choose for external race identity purposes then you shouldn’t be limited. In our Workday system it doesn’t allow you to choose more than one race without indicating that one of them cannot be of Hispanic origin. I am of Hispanic and Asian origin so belonging for me is being able to accurately identify myself.
