I’m lost in this dark ambiguity.

The more I learn about the struggle then and now, the more I feel lost in this deep struggle, in the ambiguity of what it all means. My color, my everything, is lost in the white light. “My” race card is not something I pull out when I “need” it – this power is always in the hands of white supremacy. But mine is mine.
