Not Mexican, Hispanic, brown, just human

I choose these six words because this is how I feel about the relationship between me and my race. I believe that race shouldn’t even be a thing because we are all humans no matter what. The tone of our skin should not define who we are or who we will be. When I think of myself and what type of person I am I don’t think about the color of my skin I think about my actions. It is sad that we live in a world where there is such a thing as racism and I hope one day in the near future we will stop criticizing people based on race and criticize them by their personality.
