Sometimes I react without thinking or knowing the full context of a situation, and even take things too seriously even though it is actually harmless. Especially with the rise of social media and conversations between my friends and family, it can be very easy to get angry over for having different opinions on identity (culture, religion, etc) or other social issues. For me, it is about how to have reasonable discourse as well as understanding that having different opinions is what makes the discussions so interesting. Nobody should feel forced to hide their opinion or force anybody else to match their opinion with theirs. This is a humble reminder to myself to control my emotions. fully research the facts, and use common sense.
Try not to take it seriously.
