The question we get ask almost everyday, what what ethic do you belong to? why do we get ask these question? Do race still mater? Just think about it wouldn’t it be nice if race didn’t matter? Today in society we are being categorize in groups that by the color of our skin. Do you realize on every state test & job application we have to check off what ethic we belong in. Do it matter on whats the color of your skin, I guess it tell us who score the highest? Ok so once we get the results we know that African American score the lowest. Now by getting the results back do the state do anything about? do they help the ones that need help? No. Another experience I had was when I was filling out this job application I left that spot black, the spot were it ask you to confirm your race. When I turn my application in to the manger we went over it and she stop and said “You didn’t Finnish the checking off the question” so when I check off the the blank were it had African American she looked it and told me that “okay well I will go over this with my other manger and we will call you back” weeks went by and I have not heard from her. I never though it matter what color you are, I thought its what you bring to the table. I guess i didn’t bring another starting with my color.
