I am a Muslim borne and raised in Palestine. I am married to an American woman name Rebekah and we have a three year old daughter Hanna. My wife and I lived in the middle east together for almost 10 years and now we moved to Northern VA. Bekah is a film maker and I work in the development world. I travel in the middle east and see the growing hate toward the US among youth in certain part of the middle east . I see the widening gap between these 2 worlds… I feel more obligated to be a bridge between these 2 worlds… It is really hard when you have a daughter and when you think about her future and how she will handle identity issues…I live in tow conflicting worlds
