Proud to be an African American

Brandon Watkins,
Clarksville, TX.

I am an African American from North Texas. I have lived here all my life. I have never been one to see color nor have I ever been one to judge or stereotype anyone. I love all, and raise my children to love all. Some of the things I see in the world today I thought I would have never seen again. I saw racism as a child from all races, not just one. It is sad but it is definitely real. Shout out to California Baptist University and my CBU HIS311 class. This class really makes one look at the race issues we have in our society today.
